Growing up in the Northeast, with its frigid winters and idyllic summers, I learned to foster a love for all forms of climbing, from rock and ice to ski and splitboard mountaineering. Those formative years of experience took me around the country, from Tennessee to Yosemite to the snowy peaks of the Cascades and everywhere in-between.

As a guide I am one of three permanent residents in Estes that is an AMGA Certified Rock Guide, that training coupled with a diverse background of guiding from Colorado to The Cascades has allowed me to bring a depth of knowledge to my work and the folks I share a rope with. In the winter I am both a skier and snowboarder and enjoy sharing slopes on both modes of travel. I have a deep passion for education and giving others the skills they need to climb and ski the peaks of their dreams.

Why Estes Park?

Estes Park is the ultimate arena for learning the skills needed to travel the world climbing. Only a 1.5 hour drive from Denver it is one of the few places in the country where it is possible to fly in for a weekend climbing trip and be back at the office on Monday morning., and for Denver residents, it's a fantastic local venue with plenty of options to escape the crowds. From quick summit ascents on the weekend to a couple days of focused education, we can provide anything you need here.
